Suhr Artists

"It's not About What You Can Do on the Guitar,
But What You Can Come Up With..."

Suhr Artists    Suhr Guitars is proud to have a close working relationship with some of the very best players and artists on the planet. From the sophisticated bluesy jazz fusion of Scott Henderson, to the fiery and passionate hard rock/metal stylisms of Doug Aldrich, to the incredible technical mastery and all-around versatility of Guthrie Govan, to the melodic inventiveness and awe-inspiring tones of Mike Landau, to the over-the-top shred fretboard wizardry of Robert Marcello, to the soulful feel and remarkable command of Kirk Fletcher, to the amazing precision and musical flair of Reb Beach, our endorsing artists define the cutting edge and the pinnacle of contemporary electric guitar artistry.

Covering genres that range from rock to metal to blues to fusion to jazz to country, classic rock and everything else that come in between, our artists choose Suhr so they can focus on their music, not fiddling with gear or going on an endless merry-go-round search for the tonal "Holy Grail".

We learn a lot by working with the very best artists in the industry. We work on understanding the particular needs and tastes of each player. We listen to their music and analyze not only their sounds, but their styles inside and out to figure out what will work best for their needs. From the type of picks, to the attack of their picking hand, to the way they fret each note and the ways they bend the strings, we look at every aspect of their playing so what they put into it is exactly what they get out of it – and just as they want to hear it. And every artist is different, in the same way we all are.

What works for them isn't necessarily going to work for you. In the end, it's all about finding what works the best for you and your own musical vision. Our artists have that vision and they race toward it with Suhr. Our goal is to take them (and you!) towards that musical vision and make that journey as pleasurable as possible with the very best instruments and gear possible. Come along for the ride!
